Jedlina - Zdrój always attractive

Jedlina-Zdrój, with five thousand inhabitants, is one of the forty three  health resorts in Poland. It lies seventy  kilometres from the Copernicus Airport Wrocław, in a picturesque mountain area,  in Mountain Wałbrzyskie and Mountains Sowie .

Jedlina-Zdrój, (formely, German: Bad Charlottenbrunn), was always a very popular health resort, known for its healing waters and a beneficial local climate, generated by the proximity of fir trees.

In Jedlina-Zdrój we treat respiratory diseases, nervous system diseases and orthopaedic injuries. We also help with the recovery from cardiological diseases. We offer varoius treatments such as balneotherapy, breathing therapy, exercising, drinking-water treatment and terrain therapy.

Terrain therapy is a unique method of rehabilitation which combines physical activity and breathing exercises. The six kilometers long recreational trail with breathing spots, viewpoints and sports facilities, such as football pitches, multi-functional sports fields, a tennis court, and a boules pitch (petanque), provides a perfect area for the therapy.
